The type welded hydraulic valve test bench uses the sealing disks on the main frame on both sides and the inner hole of the welded valve as positioning welding valve grooves for sealing. The mobile frame of the machine clamps the fracture planes at both ends of the welding valve for experimental work. The left-hand frame and sealing plate are fixed devices, and the right-hand side has a movable frame that can be adjusted according to the distance of the tested valve. There will be no additional external force that affects the test results of the tested valve. It complies with the valve testing requirements stipulated in national standards. The structure of this machine can be roughly divided into hydraulic system, mechanical structure, electrical control and other systems. It is composed of left and right racks, mobile racks, hydraulic pressure supply devices and medium circulation water tank systems. The workpiece is pressed directly by the mobile frame oil cylinder to achieve reliable pressing. The right-moving frame can be adjusted according to the length of the valve being tested and has the characteristics of good performance and simple structure. The machine is equipped with a low-pressure water pump and a high-pressure hydraulic water pump device.
