It is composed of pipelines and control valves, low-pressure water pumps, high-pressure water pumps, oil pumps and motors, test medium control pipelines and control valves, hydraulic control systems, electrical control systems, test pressure measurement, etc. The clamping type of the valve is a pressure-holding type. The flanges and blind plates of the tested valve are held and clamped by the clamping jaws on the left and right working plates respectively. The right working plate can be turned over under the action of the turning cylinder to facilitate observation during the sealing test. and check seal leakage. The pressure claws on the work plate can be synchronously expanded and reduced in the radial direction according to the size of the valve flange under the action of the traction cylinder. In the axial direction, according to the thickness of the valve flange, under the action of the clamping cylinder, they can be synchronously pressed and reduced. The left-hand working plate can be relaxed and moved left and right according to the length of the valve structure under the action of the mobile oil cylinder. The low-pressure water pump and the medium circulation water tank system are integrated to allow the medium to be circulated. The pressure gauge control valve and electrical button switch are all designed to be operated and controlled in front of the test bench. It can make the coordinated action of each mechanism easy, safe and reliable to meet the testing needs of the majority of users.
